Oral Presentation

1. Presentation files will be uploaded to the computers in the presentation rooms by the staff. Students may check their files between 08:00-08:30 on April 28, 2026.
2. Once the presentation session begins, the MC will close the room. Entry and exit will not be permitted to avoid disturbing the presenters and committee.
3. If a presentation finishes before the allocated 12 minutes, the remaining time will be used for the Q&A session with the committee.
4. If both the presentation and Q&A session are completed before 22 minutes, students must remain in the room until the full 22 minutes have elapsed before proceeding to the Ask and Discuss session (3 minutes).
5. During the Ask and Discuss session (3 minutes), students may ask questions. Those who ask questions will receive 2 points by scanning QR code 01, provided by the MC. During the Ask & Discuss session (3 minutes), audience members and committee observers are allowed to ask questions to the presenters. These questions will not affect the evaluation scores. Audience members may ask questions in either Thai or English, while committee observers are required to ask questions in English only.
6. After the Ask and Discuss session, QR code 02 (1 point) will be displayed on the screen for 1 minute. Once the screen turns off, the MC will reopen the room for entry and exit.

Poster Presentation

1. Students may install their posters in the presentation rooms on April 26, 2026 (15:00-19:00) and remove them on April 29, 2026. Students arriving on April 27 may install their posters between 10:00-10:30. Please ensure that your Project ID and QR code P1 on the board match your project before installation.
2. Posters must be mounted on the assigned boards using only the adhesive tape provided.
3. Students may scan QR code P1 (1 point) only during the Ask and Discuss sessions on April 27, 2026, at the following times: 10:30-12:00 and 16:00-17:00.
4. After scanning QR code P1 for one poster, students must wait before scanning another poster to allow time to review other projects.
5. Poster presentations will be conducted in three sessions: 1) 13:00-13:55 2) 14:05-15:00 and 3) 15:10-16:05. Only students presenting in each session are allowed to enter the presentation room. Students not presenting may rest or prepare in the Phetchaburi Grand Hall.
6. Students presenting to the judges may enter and exit the poster room only during the following times:
   1. Before the first session (before 13:00)
   2. Break 1 (13:55-14:05)
   3. Break 2 (15:00-15:10)
   After completing their presentation and Q&A, students must remain in the room until the designated exit time.
7. Students presenting in sessions 2 and 3 should arrive at the room at least 10 minutes in advance and check in with the staff.
8. While waiting inside the room, students are requested to keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other presenters.
9. A timer and signal system will be provided in the poster presentation room.
10. Do not move the plastic chairs arranged in the poster room.
